Experienced & Trusted Notary Public
From time to time you may require the services of a Notary Public.
This is particularly relevant if you have purchased properties abroad.
Foreign and Commonwealth countries will not accept documentation being witnessed by a local solicitor. They require the documents to be witnessed in the presence of a Notary Public.
Simon Murray was appointed a Notary Public on 11th March 2008 by the then Lord Chief Justice for Northern Ireland, the Right Honourable Sir Brian Kerr.
Simon is qualified to notarise all foreign documentation as is required of a Notary Public in Northern Ireland and is also registered with the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and Notaries of London to be able to obtain, if required, Apostilles ( a verification document sometimes required which confirms identity).
As there are relatively few Notaries Public in Northern Ireland, Murray Kelly Moore are pleased to be able to offer this service.
